How we are paid
The short version: the providers pay us, you do not. You pay the clinic or the agency directly, at their price.
What that means in practice
- We do not add a booking fee, a service charge or a commission on top of your price.
- Your contract, your invoice and your payment are with the licensed provider, not with us.
- You can see exactly what the provider charges, because that is what you pay.
- Our incentive is to recommend the provider who serves you well — because that is what earns us repeat work.
Where our commission comes from
We introduce you to providers in Turkey — travel agencies, clinics, hotels and ground handlers — and we are paid a percentage by them when you go ahead. It is the same model as a good independent adviser: the supplier pays for the introduction, not the customer.
What you should hold us to
- We only recommend providers we have checked against our own criteria.
- We tell you when a cheaper or simpler option exists, even if it earns us less.
- We never present a provider’s price with our own margin hidden inside it.
- If you would rather book directly with a provider we have introduced, that is your right — we would rather tell you that plainly than have you discover it later.
